We take pride in our relationships with staff and our patients and their families.  Dr Mark, Dr Annika and Megan have known many of their clients since childhood.  Several of our team members have worked with us for decades, and have balanced raising their families with dentistry.  Some of our staff have left to undertake university study and are now back at our practice as highly qualified health providers. 

All our professional staff are committed to continuing professional development, attending conferences and accessing current research and new techniques. Our team members are also educators at university dental schools and are involved in organising continuing professional education in the Australian Dental Association. Dr Mark is the current president and for many years previously the secretary of the NE Division of the ADA. Dr Annika is currently the secretary for the division. In our dedication to providing the best care for our patients we put much emphasis on the long term evidence that supports our treatments.

Braithwaite’s Family Dental continues to be a QIP accredited practice, for several years now.  This means we have developed policies and governance to ensure quality assurance and infection control throughout our sterilisation procedures and dental treatments.
